Counselor/martial arts instructor concocts condiment with kick

With a little help from his family and friends, a local man has created “the mother of mustards.”
Long-time Athens resident Dale Minor is known as the 1974-1988 National Bando Kickboxing Champion and the owner of Dr. Minor’s Gym, where he teaches kickboxing. Minor, who has master’s and doctoral degrees in counseling, also is an assistant professor at the Ohio University School of Education. Additionally, he has a private counseling practice.
