Federal Valley Resource Center, located at 8225 Route 329, Stewart, will host a concert of Mountains Fall contemporary Christian music this Friday, April 5, at 7 p.m. The center will host an Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 6, from 2 to 4 p.m.

• A breakfast of pancakes, sausage links and scrambled eggs will be served to the public this Saturday, April 6, from 8 to 10 a.m., at Nelsonville American Legion Post 229.

• The newly released documentary ”Our Town: Morgan County” will be shown to the public free of charge this Saturday, April 6, at 1 p.m., at the Multicultural Genealogical Center, located in Chesterhill at the intersection of Routes 377 E. and 555 S. The film is the 6th in an “Our Town” series being produced by Evan Shaw of Southeastern Ohio. It features narrative contributions by local residents Ada Woodson and Tony Mayle. A social hour with refreshments will follow the program. Donations in support of the Multicultural Genealogical Center are appreciated.

• Award-winning feature film “Farmer of the Year,” presented by Ohio University School of Film Alums, will be shown at the Athena Cinema, 20 S. Court St. in downtown Athens, according to the following schedule: Tuesday, April 16, 7 p.m.; Wednesday, April 17, 5 p.m.; and Thursday, April 18, 7 p.m. The film, which stars Barry Corbin and Terry Kiser, is described as “a deceptively simple look at aging, transition, loss and family.”
