Cutting Under Chauncey

The drill is all set and pointing in the right direction. The goal is to drill a hole underneath the railroad tracks and Route 13 in Chauncey for a sewer line. Aaron Enterprises (York, PA.) uses the latest technology in horizontal drilling to aim the drill so that the hole will come out in the right spot on the other side of the road. Route 13 in Chauncey is officially closed for now, but locals know how to get around the construction.
